Terms of Use

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

These terms of use ("Terms of Use") are an agreement between Tap Coherence LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and the individuals or entities that use our websites and related services ("users," "you," or "your"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our sites, online workshops, and One on One advisory services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any pages on our sites, creating an account, registering for a workshop or advisory session, or using any Services, you expressly agree that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use our sites or services.

If you access the sites on behalf of a business or corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the full authority to bind that entity.

2. Age Requirements & Minors

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services independently.

IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 (A MINOR), your parent or legal guardian must read and consent to these Terms of Use before you use the sites or participate in any workshops. By permitting a minor to use the sites, the parent or guardian agrees to be responsible for the minor's activities. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to children under 18 without parental oversight.

3. Changes to the Sites and Terms

We reserve the right to change, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or any part of our sites or services in our sole discretion, with or without notice. We are not liable if any part of the site is unavailable at any time.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will become effective 30 days after being publicly posted on the site (or immediately for new users). For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a site notice.

4. Account Access and Security

You may be required to create an account to register for workshops or book advisory sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that your account is for your personal or authorized corporate use only and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. We reserve the right to disable any account at any time for any reason.

5. Professional Disclaimer & Educational Nature

The workshops, the One on One Private Advisory sessions, and all services offered through our sites are educational and experiential in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment (including physical or mental health conditions). Nothing offered through our services should be interpreted as clinical guidance or medical counsel. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider for any health-related concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, graphics, text, and logos provided on our sites or during workshops are the intellectual property of Tap Coherence LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to view and use these materials solely for your personal or internal corporate educational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap Coherence LLC and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in our workshops, advisory sessions, or use of our sites. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

By registering for or participating in any workshop, advisory session, or program offered through Tap Coherence, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and for how you receive, interpret, and apply what arises through your engagement with this work. You hereby release and hold harmless Tap Coherence LLC and its representatives from any and all claims, losses, or damages arising from or related to your participation. This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

9. Workshops & Third-Party Platforms

When you register and pay for a workshop through our sites, you will receive access details, instructions, or a link to attend. Workshops may be hosted virtually via third-party video conferencing or event platforms, or held at specific physical locations.

  • Third-Party Platforms: If a workshop is hosted on a third-party platform, your use of that platform may also be subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of that third-party provider. We encourage you to review their terms. We are not responsible for the availability, technical performance, or policies of third-party hosting platforms.
  • Attendance and Conduct: We expect professional and respectful behavior during all workshops and One on One sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a workshop or advisory session, without a refund, if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, or violates our safety standards.
  • Individual Workshop Registration — Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 14 days, your registration fee can be applied as a credit toward a future workshop. No-shows are non-refundable. In the event that we must cancel or reschedule a workshop, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the new date.
  • Corporate & In-House Workshop Cancellation Policy: Because in-house engagements involve dedicated schedule blocking, tailored design, and advance preparation, our corporate cancellation policy reflects the nature of custom work. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred for travel or venue arrangements. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior forfeit the deposit or are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover reserved capacity and initial preparation. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are non-refundable, as the scheduled time and pre-work phase cannot be reallocated at that stage. If your organization needs to reschedule rather than cancel, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date within a specified window, subject to a rescheduling fee if shifted inside the 14-day window.
  • Private Advisory Cancellation & Refund Policy: The $3,500 Private Advisory package fee is strictly non-refundable once payment is processed, with one exception: either party may terminate the agreement within 24 hours following the completion of Session 1 if it is determined not to be a mutual fit; in that case, the Advisor retains $1,200 and refunds $2,300. Sessions 2 and 3 are non-refundable. All three sessions must be completed within 90 days of purchase; unused sessions expire with no refund or extension. A minimum of 48 business hours' notice is required to reschedule any session; requests inside that window result in forfeiture of that session credit. Sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of two times total per package. Full cancellation and rescheduling terms are available in the FAQ.
